SWOTWINES – Spirits & Wines on the Table is an English/Spanish speaking platform created as a travel diary with the aim to share my experiences, while being a link to contact me to organize wine tastings and so. As a personal initiative, I would like to say that I do not intend to compete describing technical aspects of a product or the logistical aspects to succeed in a trip, but to share my subjective and intimate view of a moment, a chat, a glass of wine, a new flavor, a cup of Sherry or single malt, a cloud, a smile, i.e., personal experience versus general data.
I will keep the track of my hedonist experiences in two directions: forwards and backwards.
Firstly, it will be useful for those wine lovers and travelers who want to know about wines, spirits and gastronomy specially, but not exclusively.
Secondly, it will satisfy those friends who have been asking me to share my previous experiences.
